This NBRI award recognizes organizations that place a high value on employee and/or customer satisfaction.
Employees participated in a company survey during the fourth quarter of 2012. The purpose of the survey Danos conducted through the National Business Research Institute, Inc. (NBRI) was to benchmark the attributes of our High Performance Culture (HPC). The company goal is to continue to build the positive aspects of this culture, and the survey allows us to understand where we are in relation to our goals.
The survey questions focused primarily on employee feedback as it relates to the HPC traits. The HPC traits are:
The results indicate that Danos is in the 75th percentile when benchmarked against companies in similar industries. Because of Danos’ strong performance as compared to our peers, we were recognized with a Circle of Excellence award by NRBI.
